This project is aimed at improving the quality of care across the UK with software. We are making digital care management tools for domiciliary care (in-home care) agencies, typically those supporting elderly clients. Our software helps our customers to manage their care workers’ schedules, report on each visit, and manage medications, alerts, communication, and finances all in one simple platform.

Senior Broker P02 - Social Care Non-qualified

Job description
To lead on the brokerage of services on behalf of residents who have specific social care needs, using expert knowledge of client groups, systems, care markets and negotiation skills to ensure that appropriate, value for money care is commissioned. To manage and support junior staff. To manage and support junior staff. To ensure referrals for discharges from hospital are facilitated in a responsive way to the targeted timeframes of the NHSE guidance (7 days a week, 8am – 8pm) and within 3 hours of a resident becoming optimised for discharge. To respond in a timely way to community referrals to source and purchase appropriate settings to meet the needs of the residents.
This role is to work the following hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.15pm and 9am-5pm on Fridays
